After-Hours Assistance

For late check-ins after 10:00 PM, please notify us in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival process. Our night staff will be available to assist you.

Late Check - in

One Night Stay

If you are staying for only one night, please contact Spillet Security to complete the check-in process.

Use the black phone next to the front desk and dial 0 to connect directly with security. They will provide you with an envelope containing:

 

  • Your room key

  • A registration card to sign
     

If you have any questions or need assistance, please let us know.

Two nights, or more stay

There is a small black lockbox attached to the wall on the right, a few steps before the front desk. Enter the code and turn the small knob to the right to open it. Inside, you will find an envelope with your name on it, containing your room key and a parking registration instructions

 

* The lockbox password will be sent via email or through the message box of the third-party platform where you made your booking.

Please note the parking lot is managed by Indigo. A complimentary parking registration will be given to all guests of Mountain View Inn.

The lot operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot is full, you will need to park on the street until a space becomes available.

You must register your vehicle at check-in. Unregistered vehicles or vehicles without a parking pass may be towed.
 
Registered guests are responsible for informing other members of their party about this policy.
